1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select at checkout.
Payments

You will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include a link to your subscription portal, where you can:

pause your subscription

2. Pre‑Orders
A pre‑order allows you to purchase an item that is currently out of stock or due for release soon.
Payments for Pre‑Orders
At checkout, we may:

take no payment,

take a partial deposit, or

store your payment method and charge the full or remaining balance at a later date.
Cancelling a Pre‑Order

You may cancel a partially paid pre‑order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

Once a pre‑order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
3. Try Before You Buy
For try‑before‑you‑buy items, we will place an authorisation hold on your payment method before dispatching the order.
You will have a set period of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item.
How It Works

If you return the item within the trial period, the authorisation will be cancelled or refunded.

If you keep the item beyond the trial period, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
