Some products are shipped by us from our base in the West Midlands.

4. Digital Products (PDFs & Downloads)
Digital items such as PDFs, activity sheets, and printables are not physical products and do not require shipping.

…you may receive your order in multiple deliveries. You will not be charged extra for this.
6. Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with them.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
