We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns and refunds work depending on the type of item purchased.

No returns on digital downloads
2. Returns for Items Shipped by Crystal Tinker Collection
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

in the same condition you received it
-
unused and unworn
-
in its original packaging
-
with proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at info@crystaltinkercollection.co.uk.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
3. Returns for Dropshipped Items (Something Different Wholesale)
Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our UK partner, Something Different Wholesale.
Because these items are shipped from a third‑party warehouse, they follow a different returns process.
Eligible for return:

Items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect
Not eligible for return:

Change‑of‑mind returns

Unwanted gifts

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
What we need:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and include:

clear photos of the item

photos of the packaging

a description of the issue
Once approved, we will arrange the next steps. Please do not return dropshipped items without contacting us first.
4. Digital Products (PDFs & Downloads)
Digital items such as PDFs, activity sheets, and printables are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
These items are delivered instantly by email and cannot be “returned”.
If you experience an issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will assist you.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

the item is damaged

the item is faulty

you received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

digital downloads

personalised or custom items

perishable goods

beauty or personal care products

hazardous materials or flammable liquids

sale items or gift cards

7. Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the item (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.
8. European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
9. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
